O produto é 100% conforme descrito. O carregador enviado veio no padrão europeu(EU), o que é ótimo pois dispensa o uso de adaptadores (apesar de na foto apresentar padrão norte americano). O aparelho é de boa qualidade e funciona muito bem. Nos níveis 1 e 2 de som, não apresenta nenhum ruído porém, nos níveis 3 e 4 nota-se um pouco de ruído e isso ocorre devido a amplificação muito grande do som. Para a minha esposa não teve problemas pois em ambientes internos ela ouve muito bem no nível 1 e, em ambientes externos, utiliza o nível 2. Sem ruídos! Produto muito bom com um custo-benefício excelente.
